David Kaplan

David has worked mainly in the not-for profit sector and has extensive experience of leading senior management teams as both a Chief Executive and Director of Operations. He also has led the charge in facilitating change within small and large organisations alike. In his former roles he has also been responsible for major gifts and trusts fundraising and senior professional recruitment and ongoing professional development. At Sonata, David brings this extensive experience to his role and is responsible for delivering strategic consulting, high-level coaching and support to key clients alongside his role as Chief Operating Officer for SBC. David is and has been a Trustee of several UK charities mainly focuses in the student, welfare and associated support spheres.

Petra Breiner

Coach


Petra is a Canadian-trained Psychotherapist and holds an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto and a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University.

Petra has a background in cognitive psychology research, small business management, international work, and utilises her diverse skills across different domains in consultancy.

Petra has worked as a coach helping managers in start-up companies grow and refine their skills, define their management styles, develop effective attitudes towards conflict management, with a focus on both their personal and professional growth. She understands the importance of getting to know her clients so that her approach is tailored specifically to meet their needs.

Diana Moffat

Coach


Diana is one of Sonata`s Executive coaches. Diana brings her own insightful and analytical focus into the coaching sphere primarily within the Senior Management framework where she specialises within the High-Tech company start-up arena.

Diana is adept at identifying the core issues and upskilling required in both the one-on-one setting and also within overall team structures and corporate dynamics. One of Diana`s key strengths is to facilitate the strengthening of focus and resolve in the work place and she prides herself on the pursuit of authenticity.

Diana has had a long career in the corporate sector within industry, including working with clients such as Merrill Lynch, The Sanctuary, Blenheim, MJF Group, Sea Containers Ltd and the Orient Express Hotels & Trains Ltd.

Diana is currently undertaking the Practitioners Diploma in Executive Coaching at the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). Diana holds a BA (Hons.) and is a qualified Jungian Analyst and Psychotherapist.

Susanne Jacobs

Susanne completed her Masters in International Business with the business schools of Edinburgh University and Paris ENPC and holds Post Graduate Certificates in Organisational Development and Advanced Leadership Techniques.

She is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a member of the Neuroleadership Institute. Susanne is the CEO and Founder of The Seven Consultancy and one of Sonata’s senior consultants. Susanne is an Organisational Engagement expert, specialising in trust and intrinsic motivation, who helps organisations create environments where people feel engaged, energised and inspired to contribute. Susanne’s work is based on over a decade of research into the neurobiology of human performance.

Susanne was recently named as one of the top 100 Thought Leaders in the world by Trust Across America. Her work draws on over 28 years of business experience, 19 years of which were at KPMG in leadership roles with her final role being head of Finance Operations and People. She is the author of DRIVERS, Creating Trust and Motivation at Work.

Robert Cuming

Robert Cuming offers executive coaching for CEOs and C-Suite.
Robert specialises in working with senior business leaders to enrich their personal effectiveness, communication and resilience skills. He uses a balance of personal self-awareness and powerful practical tools to enable clients to quickly progress towards their goals.

As a specialist in relationship coaching, Robert helps leaders explore the dynamics between themselves and their team.

Previously Robert worked in Leveraged Corporate Finance at Barclays Bank PLC and has held senior management roles in the public sector as a Deputy CEO and CEO. Robert has coached C- suite leaders over the past 10 years and delivered training to teams including within the Tech sector.

Recently he delivered online stress management and wellbeing training via webinar to fintech employees in organisations such as Neyber and the Clydesdale bank. Robert is a passionate advocate for leaders enhancing self-professional relationships and success through building EQ and personal resilience.
